C-18 Approve Charter School Agreement with Orange Park Performing Arts Academy, Inc. (Item pulled to Discussion by Mrs. Studdard)

Issue/Rationale

The School Board approved the charter application for the Orange Park Performing Arts Academy charter school. Florida law requires that the parties enter into a contract subsequent to approval of the application and prior to commencement of school operations, which contract, (Charter) sets forth the duties and responsibilities of the parties.

Recommended Action

Superintendent recommends approval.
